Article 1. Nature of Services and Platform Positioning

Hanme Lab is an information integration, membership, reservation assistance, and consulting platform for medical aesthetic services. The Platform is not a medical institution and does not provide medical services, advice, or judgments.

All actual medical services are provided by clinics and physicians selected by the User, and all related liabilities rest solely with such providers.

Depending on the nature of the services, certain services may be provided through the Platform's affiliated entities, partner companies, or legally established local entities.

Article 2. Membership Registration and Account Responsibility

Users must provide accurate and current information and may register only one account. The Platform shall not be liable for damages arising from misuse or false information.

Article 3. Membership Programs, Points, and Rewards

  1. Points are a reward mechanism and not cash or stored value.
  2. Point usage and validity are subject to Platform announcements.
  3. Point validity extensions apply only to completed medical aesthetic services in South Korea.
  4. Membership purchases or upgrades do not constitute consumption transactions.
  5. Limits on point redemption for high-value treatments are subject to individual service descriptions.

The Platform reserves final interpretation rights regarding all membership and point-related rules.

Article 4. Reservations, Deposits, and Cancellations

Certain services require deposits. Refund and cancellation rules are subject to Platform announcements. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations within three days prior to the appointment date, excluding force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, or governmental travel restrictions).

Article 5. Image and Case Authorization

Images or case materials may be used only upon explicit authorization. Authorization may be withdrawn, without affecting lawful prior use.

Article 6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for any damages. Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the User to the Platform for the disputed service, excluding payments made to third parties.

The Platform is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of services provided by third-party clinics or service providers.

Article 7. Account Suspension and Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate services for violations, manipulation of the referral system, and may reclaim improperly issued rewards.

Article 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taipei District Court shall have first-instance jurisdiction.
